Challenge
Business stakeholders needed real-time visibility into key performance indicators but relied on manually generated reports that were often days old. Existing BI tools were too complex for non-technical users and too slow for real-time analysis.
Approach
We built a custom analytics dashboard with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that connects directly to BigQuery. Python-based ETL pipelines process and transform data in near real-time, while D3.js powers interactive charts, heatmaps, and drill-down capabilities.
Outcomes
- The dashboard replaced manual report generation with real-time analytics.
- Business users now have self-service access to insights, reducing dependency on the data team and enabling faster, data-backed decisions.
