2. Scope and roles

For our marketing website (mobintix.com), Mobintix is the data controller for inquiries, analytics, and account data we collect directly.

For SaaS products such as DailiGo and SalesUp, your organization (the "tenant" or workspace) typically decides what business data is entered. Mobintix processes that data to provide the service. End customers or field staff may appear in tenant data as configured by the workspace administrator.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Website and marketing

When you contact us, subscribe, or apply for a role, we may collect:

Name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content
Job application details you submit
IP address, approximate location, browser/device type, pages visited, and referral data (via analytics)

3.2 Account and workspace data (products)

When you create or use a product account, we may process:

Login credentials (email, password hashes; temporary invite credentials where used)
Profile details (name, role, membership in a workspace)
Invitations, device/session identifiers, and authentication tokens
Support communications and audit/activity logs needed to operate the service

3.3 Mobintix DailiGo

DailiGo helps recurring delivery businesses manage subscriptions, daily usage, routes, billing, and team access. Depending on how a workspace uses the product, we may process:

Customer and subscription records (service, schedule, quantity, pause/resume status)
Daily delivery / usage entries, correction requests, and related timestamps
Catalog, pricing, invoices, dues, and payment status recorded in the workspace
Team roles and permissions (admin, staff, end user)

The DailiGo mobile apps primarily require network access to sync with our servers. We do not require continuous location tracking for core DailiGo features.

3.4 Mobintix SalesUp

SalesUp is an FMCG field-force platform for attendance, routes, visits, orders, and territory operations. Depending on company policy and app features enabled for your role, we may process:

Attendance check-in / check-out records
Location data (approximate or precise) to record attendance and route footprints during working hours after check-in, including background location where enabled on the device and permitted by your organization
Camera / photo data for attendance selfies when required by your company
Orders, retailer/distributor/territory master data, leave requests, and field activity logs
Device registration information used for security and offline sync
Push notification tokens where notifications are enabled

Location and camera access are requested only for the purposes described in the app permission prompts. You can deny or revoke permissions in device settings; some features (for example attendance with selfie or GPS) may then be unavailable.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and role, you may be able to:

Manage device permissions in OS settings
Ask your workspace admin to update or remove data they control in a product tenant

Our products are business tools and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International processing

We primarily serve customers from India and may process data on infrastructure in India or other regions used by our providers. Where required, we take steps appropriate to the transfer.
